Welcome! There are certainly lots of Vietnamese here in Montréal. Many are Catholics who fled the Communists, and their descendants, and many others are more recent arrivals. I guess where you go really depends on your applications to law school though. Good luck!

I must be the only Vietnamese born on this website. But what the heck? It makes me feel twice as special and superior to my other compatriots (lol). I've been thinking about moving to Canada for a year now and have done extensive research on it. My participation to this forum is one step further in that chain. I've even been asked if I am Canadian! The avatar of my profile is a map of Scandinavia, a place that I hope to build an old cottage one day by a majestic breathtaking fjork and grow old with my husband. I'm a bit anti-America but it has a lot to do with the Christian fundamentalism, the corporate greed and the Republicans. Please feel free to say Hi!

What's up everybody? I'm probably the only kid here on this website that's from Vietnam. I've been thinking about moving to Canada for a while now, particularly Montreal and I'm making it happen next year when I turn in my applications for various law schools ranging from the West Coast to the East. A Vietnamese born but I have been asked if I am Canadian or European. Interesting! I'm a bit slightly Anti-America but that has everything to do with the Christian fundamentalism and the Republicans.
