Anyone watching any good TV shows lately? I'll drop my list, which is sci-fi heavy. I'm a sucker for sci-fi.

    -Jake 2.0
    -Earth 2
    -The wire
    -Scrubs
    -Arrested development

I'm currently watching fringe. I haven't been so entertained since 4400. Anyone else watching it?

I too love sci-fi, although I haven't watched very much other than Stargate Universe lately. I used to really enjoy watching Stargate SG1, all of the Star Trek series (TNG,VOY,DS9,TOS), and Battlestar Galactica. I think I really enjoyed BSG because I thought Edward James Olmos played a kick ass Bill Adama.

This past year I've watched a few older tv shows on my computer. My favorite was The Wire. It beats CSI and all of those other phony crime-scene shows. I also enjoyed quite a few episodes of Inside the Actor Studio with James Lipton. And finally, ha, I've watched a lot of Gordon Ramsay's F Word. I'm not sure if it airs in Canada because I downloaded it, but it's good if you're into that sort of thing.

Oh yea, The Prisoner (2009 version) wasn't too bad.

I've really been enjoying a British quiz show called QI.

I've been quite enjoying "Breaking Bad". The first episode really starts off with a bang.

Not a lot of shows out there about a high school chemistry teacher with terminal lung cancer cooking crystal meth as its premise.

Never miss "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" and "The Colbert Report"
    Like "30 Rock" and
Jerry Seinfeld's new show, "The Marriage Ref" was pretty funny, but not sure where that one went.

I didn't like the new stargate very much. I find it too dramatic and everyone is at each other's throats all the time. They also draw out plot progress far too long. The only characters I liked were rush and the kid, as opposed to SG-1 & Atlantis where the whole crew was awesome.

It seems to be a clone of BSG. I liked BSG, but I think one series of over-the-top drama and plot pinching is all I can take.

My thoughts exactly. I love how many plot lines there are, and how they span to all sectors within the city. It's really cool to see them all weave through each other. The writing is also priceless. It's a gold mine for quotes.

    I don't think I could name a better Drama. It's a must-see... although it's a very depressing show.

    My personal fave's:

Mystery Science Theater 3000 - Simply the greatest comedy ever put on TV. A show in which every episode was 2 hours long and it lasted for over ten seasons(counting the original PBS seasons).
    Firefly
    Babylon 5
Blake's Seven(Bet you didn't see THAT coming from an American)
    Red Dwarf
    All in the Family
The Young Ones(which I have not seen an episode of in over twenty years. Since MTV stopped showing it I think...)
    Scrubs
Law & Order(including SVU) - Some of the best drama ever written for television.
    The Simpsons
    Family Guy
    American Dad
Metalocalypse(Adult swim cartoon that is just brilliant!)
    The Venture Brothers
    Star Blazers
Robotech(and no...I am NOT an anime fan, generally speaking)
Whose Line is it Anyway?(both versions. Ryan Stiles should have played Ford Prefect in The Hitchhiker's Guide... movie if they were going to cast an American actor)

    Real Time with Bill Maher
    The Daily Show
    The Colbert Report
Countdown with Keith Olbermann(Whom we will see again soon on the "Current" TV network)
    Rachel Maddow

House, The Big Bang Theory, Tosh.0, South Park, Family Guy, Simpsons, American Dad, Bobs Burgers, Real Time with Bill Maher, Fullmetal Alchemist, and more I'm sure I'll think of later.
