What do you do when you're not eating babies? Okay - I know we're all atheists (or most of us, anyhow - I know there are a few theist lurkers), but that's not all we are. What else are you into?
For me, I've got two main pursuits outside of work:
- I'm a massive gearhead. I'm crazy into motorsports. Not NASCAR so much, and drag racing's not my cup of tea, but I'm into just about any form of racing where people turn left AND right.
- I study iaido, the best martial art that nobody's ever heard of.
Re: What do you do when you're not eating babies? Video games. I spend a shitload of time either playing video games or watching videos on video games. Beyond that, politics. Reading about politics, debating politics, etc is trumped only by my interest in video games. Pretty big hockey and football fan as well and I've also been getting into the UFC a lot more and playing pool at bars when I go to watch a game. Music wise I've been listening to a lot of dubstep lately, mostly in the Nero/Flux Pavilion/Skrillex area. That said I could really be classified as your average nerdy twenty year old so basically anything on the front page of Reddit usually interests me.

Re: What do you do when you're not eating babies? My great love is Astronomy. I'm the president of our local club and prepare or help prepare a lot of the presentation material for each of our monthly meetings. I love astronomy and discussions about astronomy, history of astronomy and the scientific method.

Re: What do you do when you're not eating babies? Eating babies is just so time consuming, not sure how anyone can find time for anything else.
I spend a lot of time with friends, I have large group of very close childhood friends that I see everyday. When I'm not doing that I'm usually watching movies. I consider myself a bit of a "cinephile", I have a wide range of taste when it comes to film but I'm pretty partial to South Korean revenge films and psychological thrillers. Occasionally I make time for games, I like classic or simple games, Mind versus mind. Strategy, puzzles, fighters, ect. I Love science, pretty much anything goes but mostly astronomy and quantum mechanics. I struggle with both of the concepts but that never stops me from reading anything I can get my hands on.

I study the Bible, watch music videos, debate with atheists, and work on my website - though I have recently taken it all down and am slowly starting over. I play some video games, but only a few on an old PS2 - God Of War and Grand Theft Auto Vice City. Lately I've been reading up on 911 conspiracy theories letsroll911.org
