Christmas Recipes

I've given up hope of finding a good recipe online. I tried looking for a decent gingerbread recipe and discovered one that didn't require molasses and surprisingly had nearly 4,000 four to five star reviews. So I created these awful cookies and ended up throwing them away.

Anyway, does anybody have any decent Christmas recipes that they might want to share? Or know of any good recipe books?

Shortbread cookies are also easy as pie too. I can post the recipe that I have, but I'd have to type it all out from a hard copy, so I'll only do so if you're interested in making them. Or you could probably find one online.

*drool* I totally forgot about Rice Krispie squares. Don't worry about the short bread, I'm not that big on it.
