The bbcode list is all well and good, but it makes it less user-friendly. Isn't there some way to put these tools in the GUI so we can just click on them? I thought these were basic things to have on online forums!Originally Posted by Rationella


See attached image, that should be the editor you see when you're editing/posting messages. When you use quick reply there is a lite-version of it but if you click "Go Advanced" then it will display the full editor.
It wont work for anyone using browsers that are not up-to-date within the past few years. I think it works on Firefox 2 or later, not sure what versions of IE but probably IE 6 or later.

I'm running both Internet Explorer 7.0 and Firefox 3.0.10, which I believe is the latest version.
There are no editor tools for either one when I use the regular "Post Reply" option.

Ah ok, I went into the Control Panel and in Edit Options was able to select a more advanced setting for the Managing Editor tools, or whatever it was called.
